Proposed voluntary policy

The proposed voluntary policy is a full refund on request within 14 calendar days of purchase. The purchaser should provide the Lemon Squeezy order identifier and enough information to locate the transaction. A refund request does not require uploading media files.

Merchant of Record processing

For purchases completed through the configured checkout, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds through the original order and payment method. The time for funds to appear, currency conversion, taxes, and payment-method behavior can depend on Lemon Squeezy and the payment provider. This site does not yet provide an automated refund form or claim that a refund has been issued until Lemon Squeezy confirms it.

Consumer rights and review status

This draft is not a legal-compliance certification. It is not intended to limit rights that cannot be waived, and the final policy, operator contact, and launch jurisdictions require review before public sale.

Offline activation

An already activated offline installation may continue to function after a refund in version 1.0; FFideo does not promise remote revocation. The final checkout and support pages must disclose the approved policy and contact before sale.
